It is to mention here that ‘UDAI AVIATION PRIVATE LIMITED’ is an independent organization working under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) at his Corporate Office - 2/13, Second Floor, Old Palam Road, Sulakhul Vihar, Dwarka Sector - 13, Pin - 10078 since 24th of October 2017 in the field of conducting Common Entrance Examination for various Aviation courses, ie, PILOT Common Entrance Examination (PILOT CET) for those institutes that are approved by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), UGC, AICTE, etc respectively. It is pertinent to mention here that UDAI AVIATION PRIVATE LIMITED is neither conducting any theory nor practical work in aviation. Hence, it does not require any approval from DGCA, but for conducting exams for various institutes at a common platform, the due approvals of the institutes are checked, only then the MoU is finalized.
