They serve food/beverages handle passenger needs help with luggage seat arrangements and make the journey pleasant. Good manners helpful attitude and willingness to serve are essential.
Cabin crew rarely work alone they coordinate with other crew members and ground staff. Smooth in flight service and safety require good teamwork.
Because passengers come from various countries and backgrounds knowing more than one language or being comfortable with cultural differences can be a big plus.
