The cost of becoming a pilot in India generally ranges from Rs 45 lakh to 50 lakh. The fee structure depend on various factors like flying school, type of aircraft used during training and location of training etc. Pilot training cost includes ground classes, flying training, DGCA exams and study materials etc.
To get a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) students have to complete at least 200 hours of flying training, with an average cost of Rs 12,000- 20,000 per hour.
